01About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Fest Management Ltd. (“Fest Management”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit this website and contact us through the Work With Us form or by email. It tells you what data we collect, why and on what legal basis, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
02Who we are
The controller of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) is:
Fest Management Ltd.
UIC (EIK): 208244357
Address: 262 Sofia Ring Road, Malinova Dolina, Mladost, 1756 Sofia, Bulgaria
Email: hello@festmanagement.com
03Who this policy is for
This policy applies to anyone who visits this website, and in particular to artists, representatives of agencies, labels and other partners who contact us through the Work With Us form or by email.
04What data we collect and why
4.1 When you use the Work With Us form
We collect:
- your full name, to know who we are talking to;
- the name of the artist or company you represent, to understand your enquiry;
- your email address and phone number, to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration;
- your confirmation that you agree to the processing of your personal data, and the date and time you sent the form.
All fields are required. Without them we cannot receive or answer your enquiry. We process this data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and in order to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it: if your enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we keep your data for up to 12 months after our last contact and then delete it. If we start working together, we keep it for the duration of our agreement and afterwards for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax laws require.
4.2 Protection against legal claims
Where needed, we may keep our correspondence with you for longer, to be able to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, including before public authorities. Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) is to protect ourselves against claims. In this case we keep the data until the relevant limitation period expires.
4.3 When you browse the website
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website securely. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) is to keep the website working and secure.
4.4 Analytics and advertising
Only if you accept cookies, we use:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the website (pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location). We look at this information only in aggregated form;
- Meta Pixel, to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show them to people who may be interested in our work. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. More details are in our Cookie Policy.
05How we collect your data
We receive all personal data directly from you, when you fill in the Work With Us form or write to us.
06How we use your data
We use your personal data only for the purposes described in section 04. We do not sell your data, do not use the data from the Work With Us form for advertising, and do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
07Who we share your data with
Within Fest Management, only the team members who handle your enquiry have access to your data. Outside our company, your data may be processed by service providers who act only on our instructions:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the form to our inbox;
- our email provider, through which we receive and answer your messages;
- our website hosting provider;
- Google Ireland Ltd., which provides the fonts on this website and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and the embedded YouTube videos;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which provides Meta Pixel, if you accept cookies.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to public authorities.
08Transfers outside the EU
Some of these service providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
09How we protect your data
- the website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection;
- only team members who need the data for their work have access to it;
- we work only with service providers that apply high standards of information security;
- we regularly review how we collect and store personal data.
10Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it free of charge;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- erasure of your data, unless we must keep it by law or for legal claims;
- restriction of processing, for example while we check the accuracy of your data;
- data portability, receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
To exercise your rights, email us at hello@festmanagement.com. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this website, with the date of the last update at the top. If we plan to use your data for a new purpose, we will inform you in advance.
